At Elleham Salon, we believe great hair starts with a great environment. Our boutique space in Southwest Florida is built on connection, creativity, and confidence. We’re more than a salon — we’re a community of women who empower and support each other, both behind and beyond the chair. Our team values collaboration over competition, ongoing education, and maintaining a positive, uplifting atmosphere where everyone can grow. Clients come to Elleham for beautiful results, but stay for the energy — the laughter, the sisterhood, and the genuine care that defines our culture.
How We Work
At Elleham, we all run our own businesses — we’re independent stylists who set our own schedules and manage our own clients — but we still operate like a team. Everyone supports the brand and each other. We share ideas, cheer each other on, and help keep the salon vibe consistent and positive. It’s the best of both worlds: you get the freedom of being independent with the support and community of a true salon family.
What We Offer
When you rent a chair at Elleham, you’re getting more than just a space — you’re joining a brand and a culture that elevates your business. Each stylist has exclusive use of a station with ample storage and shared shampoo bowls, along with access to color bowls and brushes.
We take care of the little things that make a big difference — laundry service (washed, dried, and folded for you), a clean and beautiful environment, and the reputation of being part of a well-established boutique salon. You’ll also be featured in our quarterly branding shoots, on our Instagram, and in our marketing efforts — giving you visibility and credibility under the Elleham name.
Our stylists provide their own color, shampoo, and products, but enjoy all the benefits of a supportive, community-driven space with a strong, trusted brand presence.
